Gadar Landing Page Redesign
During my placement with Gadar, I led the redesign of the webstore landing page to improve clarity, usability, and conversion. The existing page needed a stronger focus on the user journey and clearer calls-to-action. The updated design introduces distinct sections that highlight key product categories, showcase the benefits of the platform, and incorporate social proof from major clients. By combining a focused layout with strategic content and interactive elements, the new landing page aims to drive engagement and encourage users to take meaningful action.

Redesign Approach
The landing page redesign followed a structured, six-week process. I began with a week of research to understand user needs, industry standards, and Gadar’s existing platform. From there, I developed low-fidelity wireframes to map out the page structure, followed by high-fidelity mockups that explored layout, typography, and brand consistency. Using Figma, I created an interactive prototype to test functionality and flow. I then spent a week learning DecoNetwork, Gadar’s web builder, to ensure my design could be translated accurately. In the final phase, I built out the redesigned landing page within DecoNetwork, ensuring responsiveness and consistency across devices.
A Valuable Experience
This placement was an incredible learning opportunity that allowed me to grow both technically and professionally. Working in a supportive and fast-paced environment gave me real insight into how design decisions impact a live business platform. One of the biggest challenges I faced was learning DecoNetwork, a web builder I had never used before. Although there was a learning curve, I took the time to explore its features and adapt my design to work within its limitations. Navigating those challenges helped me become more confident in my ability to problem-solve and work with new tools. I’m really proud of the final landing page and how it balances clean design with clear function—it’s rewarding to see my hard work come together in the end and to contribute to Gadar’s platform.

Landing Page: Before Redesign
Before the redesign, the landing page lacked clear structure, strong calls-to-action, and a focused user journey.
Current Landing Page
The current Gadar landing page is functional but lacks visual appeal and a streamlined user experience, making it harder to engage visitors and drive conversions.
Webstores Explained
The webstore landing page is outdated and does not reflect the brand’s current offerings or design standards.
Project Timeline:
Week by Week
Here is the timeline of the Gadar Landing page Redesign. It was completed over a 6 week period, March 3, 2025 - April 11, 2025.
Research
Week 1 of the landing page redesign was dedicated to researching Gadar’s brand, understanding the purpose of an effective landing page, and analyzing competitor websites to identify industry standards and opportunities for improvement.
Low-Fidelity Sketches
Week 2 focused on creating low-fidelity sketches to explore various layout options. These early wireframes helped me visualize the user flow and set the foundation for the high-fidelity designs.
Interactive Figma Prototypes
Week 4 was spent creating an interactive Figma prototype to test the user flow and functionality. This allowed me to simulate the user experience, refine interactions, and ensure a seamless transition between sections.
Deconetwork Web Builder
Week 5 was focused on learning and familiarizing myself with DecoNetwork, Gadar’s web builder. I navigated its features, and ensured that the layout and functionality translated smoothly from prototype to a fully functional web page.
Sketching & Exploration
This is the backbone of the project. I spent a week breaking down all the information, simplifying it, and receiving feedback to get the best outcome.
